Young's Quarterhorses

Here we've camped & riding at the Panjab campground for a couple days of riding.  Nice camping, with tie-stalls & fresh water for our horses.  We've currently got 3 fresh geldings we're working with, so you'll see Dave on "Jake", a 4 year old grullo gelding & I'm ponying "Blue" the blue roan in the picture.  Both of these  boys are definitely going to be good trail horses!

<  Lunch break at "Tee Pee", it's been

a good climb, & these boys & our dogs "Reba" & "Izzy" are taking full advantage of our lunch break! 

That's "Blue", the blue roan (more info on him on my "Horses for Sale" page).  It's his first time in the mountains & he's a natural! 

We made a new friend this weekend, Jerry from Pasco.  He rode with us both days .  Here Dave & Jerry are admiring the view from Tee Pee!    >

<  There's plenty of water on this ride, the trail crosses the creek several times, so horses &

dogs can keep "watered-up"!

Ahhh... Back at camp. Reba had a great ride, but she's glad to be back home with her blanket & kibble bowl!
